1. Summary

This is a private, non-commercial website for showing my artwork. I do not collect, store or evaluate any personal data about visitors myself. The site has no contact form, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open the site, your browser automatically sends technical data to the server, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and your browser and device type. Cloudflare processes this data to deliver the site securely and to protect it from attacks and misuse. I do not have access to this data for my own purposes.

The legal basis is a legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be processed in the USA. Cloudflare relies on safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

3. Cookies, fonts and external content

This site does not set cookies. The font is stored on the site itself, so no data is sent to font providers. No external scripts, maps, videos or social media content are loaded.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correction, deletion and restriction of your personal data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. Since no visitor data is stored by me, requests concerning server logs would need to be directed to Cloudflare.

5. Changes

This policy may be updated if the website changes. The current version is always available on this page.
